Avocado Mayonnaise

WP_20150216_036You can call this a dip, but I call this ‘mayonnaise’, as a lot of vinegar and oil is used.

The rest of the ingredients are:

1 ripe avocado

Apple cider vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil

Milk of your choice (I used hemp milk)

Salt

Black pepper

Cayenne pepper (optional)

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend, until the oil and vinegar emulsify. Texture is really creamy! Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper if using.

I used apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with the ratio of 1:2. Please adjust each ingredient as you taste.
